岗位职责:
Main Tasks:
- Set up related treasury operation guidelines. Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements. SAFE audits/reports/requests coordinator
- Risk management and hedging cooperation and analysis; BAD management: operation monitoring and procedure
- China financial market Policy and regulation update. Capital measures planning and follow up.
- Direct, monitor and trade investment portfolios including Working capital, High-Yield, Escrow, and other portfolios.
- Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform liquidity planning
- Provide support on the implementation of debt financing and loan administration for invested companies
- Carry out initiatives to facilitate payments e.g. SAFE white list simplification, netting etc.
- Identify financing and treasury risks for invested companies
- Manage and expand relationships with financial service providers. Monitor bank service and address quality issues. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services
- Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
- Provide technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed. Provide treasury training to internal stakeholders
任职要求:
Requirements:
- Education: Professional in finance or accounting, MBA/CFA is a plus
- Working Experience: 8+ years working experiences in treasury management in MNCs or banks, experience in DCM financing and loan administration is a plus
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Microsoft Office incl. Access, SAP, Visio, Power BI
