岗位职责:
Main Tasks:
- Describe and establish the business processes for cracker operations optimization.
- Coordinate with BIT, Cracker Production, Marketing and Logistics to establish optimization and simulation models and support decision making to optimize business results.
- Implement the planning system required to run the supply chain of cracker products.
- Implement the optimization tools in collaboration with Antwerp, Production colleagues.
- Support integration of information of cracker operations to other units for overall planning of infrastructure and utilities at the site
- Support implementation of SAP processes for cracker supply chain specially focusing on master data, transaction automation and integration with planning systems and other optimization tools
- Develop concept for cracker optimization and supply chain coordination team and lay a roadmap for resourcing before startup.
- Implement logistics infrastructure and logistics capacities.
- Planned turnarounds, maintenance planning coordination with keeping commercial aspects in mind.
- Supply Chain Risk Mitigation during unplanned shutdowns like renting floating storage or extra tanks.
- Collaborating with site management on utility turnaround planning with best commercial scenario in consideration
- Work together with project team to discuss infrastructure, utility, product cooperation with Sinopec from commercial perspective.
- Support negotiations / discussions on the topics with other co-location customers.
- Other commercial activities within BU at BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site which requires internal coordination with stake holders.
任职要求:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and Master of Business Administration or industrial chemistry will be preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in petrochemicals or chemicals production
- Deep understanding of cracker operations and variabilities of cracker economics
- Logistics operations and Marketing experience, especially in chemical industry will be a strong advantage but not a must.
- Candidate has experience of working in the cracker production and Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of cracker process.
- Has a basic level understanding of simulations and data analytics
- Inclination to utilize digital tools with experience from production.
- Fluent English and Mandarin skills mandatory
- A strong curiosity to know how things work and how to make them better.
- Creative problem-solving: Approaching data and problems with a clear eye on what is important; employing the right approach/methods to make the maximum use of time and human resources.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills (with respect to technical experts, upper management, and cross functional teams)
